1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya 000 ("taya 000," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya 000 website located at https://taya-000.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the taya 000 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your taya 000 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. taya 000 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

General bonus terms applicable to all taya 000 promotions include:

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya 000 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers in real time. taya 000 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on taya 000, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation software and cannot be influenced by taya 000, the player, or any third party.
• The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on taya 000's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

taya 000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a court-ordered exclusion.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent taya 000 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14 Amendments to These Terms
